Man killed in motorcycle crash on Chatsworth Road

Posted on Thursday, December 29th, 2011 at 12:02 am

A man was killed after a motorcycle accident occurred on Chatworth Road Friday morning.

According to New Jersey State Police, a 22-year-old man was traveling down the roadway when he somehow lost control of the cycle and went off the side of the road. His motorcycle then continued until it struck a tree and landed in a ditch.

This caused the man to be ejected from the bike and he was pronounced dead by emergency crews when they arrived at the scene. The investigation into the accident is currently underway at this time, but police have stated that no other cars were involved in the crash.
