A man from Staten Island was killed in a motorcycle accident in New Jersey when visiting family.

The teenager was driving to the store on the motorcycle when he lost control of the bike. After losing control, the 19-year-old was thrown from the motorcycle and emergency crews found him semi-conscious a short distance from the bike.

He was then airlifted to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The teen was a 2009 high school graduate who was currently taking business classes. Police continue to investigate the accident.
